MEOMARI.com accepts the following major payment methods:

A temporary hold will be placed on your credit card for the full amount when you place your order. Once we have verified your card details and received credit authorization, we will prepare your order for shipping and charge the full amount. If for any reason, the temporary hold on your credit card fails or expires, we will contact you via email to reprocess the payment.
Apple Pay: Available through web browser Safari. Easy and secure shopping without having to manually enter your credit card details or other personal information on the website. Simply choose Apple Pay as your payment method on the checkout page when browsing Safari from your iPhone, iPad or Mac to complete your purchase.You will be charged once the items are shipped.

If you would like to cancel or modify an order, please let our client service know within 24 hours by contacting us at clientservices@meomari.com . If your order has already been shipped, we ask that you return the package to us after it has been delivered, as indicated in our return policy.
Verify that you have correctly entered your payment and shipping information. If you are paying with a credit card and the problem persists, we suggest contacting your Credit Card Issuer.

Sales tax is included in the total price of your order in accordance with country regulations based on the shipping address. Import duties are covered by MEOMARI.com
All items are shipped based on DDP (Delivery Duties Paid).
Pre-Order items are products that have not been released yet, or are currently not in stock. Pre-Order items are shipped once they are available. When purchasing a Pre-Order item, you will be among the first to reserve a product in your preferred style and size. The expected shipping date for Pre-Order items is noted on the product page. This date is only an estimate and is subject to change. Please note, Pre-Ordered items are not guaranteed. If for any reason we are not able to fulfill your Pre-Order, we will refund you the full amount of the Pre-Order. You may always return an item or cancel your Pre-Order based on our return policy.

All MEOMARI orders are delivered in a branded box developed specifically for the item(s) it carries.
MEOMARI only offers its products for sale through MEOMARI.com and authorized retailers. MEOMARI does not offer its merchandise for sale through individuals, street vendors, unauthorized retail locations or unauthorized websites. To protect our brand and loyal customers, MEOMARI reserves the right to refuse the sale of MEOMARI products to individuals and companies engaging in reselling or transshipping activities.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All orders are shipped within 3 business days, with the exception of national holidays. MEOMARI.com offers free shipping and easy returns on all orders.
Standard shipping times Europe: 4 – 7 business days
Express shipping times Europe: 2 – 4 business days

Adult signature is required on all deliveries.
To confirm the estimated delivery date, please check the shipping calculator on checkout.
Our carriers deliver packages Monday through Friday during business hours and will make three delivery attempts. If the third delivery attempt fails, your order will be returned to our facility. Once the order has been placed, it is no longer possible to change the shipping address.
For security reasons, a signature is required for all deliveries.
If your order has not been delivered within the estimated timeframe, we recommend checking if the delivery address is correct. You are also free to contact our client service for assistance at clientservices@meomari.com
We are unable to ship orders to the below locations. MEOMARI reserves the right to cancel
orders made out to any of the below locations:

If your package or product arrives damaged, please contact our client service at clientservices@meomari.com within 3 days of delivery.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to choose a specific date and time.
Please allow 3 business days for MEOMARI items to be shipped. Items ordered together may not always ship together.
MEOMARI is responsible for products until the package is delivered to the customer. If the package goes missing, MEOMARI may choose to open an investigation with the carrier to determine the responsible party. Please contact us at clientservices@meomari.com if your order details indicate the package has been delivered but nothing was received.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You may return your MEOMARI.com order for a refund. We do not offer exchange services.
Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided that the item is eligible for returns. Please use the guide below or reference the product page for more information on return eligibility.
Return Eligibility:
- Items must be unused and in sellable condition, with all original tags, accessories, packaging boxes and instruction booklets attached.
- Items that have been damaged, soiled, altered or contain smelly odors will not be accepted for return.
MEOMARI.com provides return labels with every order to allow for an easy return process. If you have not received a return label, please contact our client service at clientservices@meomari.com
Please fill in the reason of return on the return form. Include the return form and all items securely in the giftbox and package the products were delivered in. Please refer to our return eligibility guide for more information.

Returns are free if the product you received is wrong or defective, otherwise shipping charges will be borne by the customer. Return shipping costs of USD 30,- will be deducted from the refund total.

MEOMARI cannot refund a payment method that is different from the one used for the purchase.
If you used a prepaid card to purchase your order, MEOMARI has no control over the timing of the reimbursement, any fees incurred, or payment processing time. Banking institutions reserve the right to process these transactions at their discretion. Please contact the institution that issued your prepaid card to obtain further information or assistance.
PRODUCT CARE & REPAIR
All MEOMARI leather products have unique qualities. A special treatment has been developed to make the leathers flexible without jeopardizing the resilience of the leather.
To ensure your MEOMARI product ages gracefully while used on a daily basis, it is significant to follow the following care advice:
- Keep your leather product out of direct heat and sunlight for prolonged periods of time as this will cause the leather to dry out, crack or fade unevenly.
- If the leather product gets wet, wipe it off with a dry cloth.
- If the leather product gets dirty, wipe it off with a damp cloth.
- Prevent your dog from swimming while wearing the leather product, as water can damage the leather.
- Do not leave the leather product on a wet dog to prevent stains and leather damage.
- If the leather product feels dry, it can be treated with leather conditioner (It is advised to test the leather conditioner on an invisible surface prior to treating it onto your product.)
- Never attempt to use chemical spot cleaners. For severe stains or damage, consult a leather repair specialist.
- When not in use, keep your product stored in a dry place.
- Keep in mind that leather is a natural product. This means that color and texture can vary from product to product. Colors can change over time as it develops a patina, making every product unique.
MEOMARI’s hardware is hand mounted from the highest quality of 100% brass and coated with either gold, ruthenium or palladium. Our hardware is finished off with a high-quality protective coating. Gold, ruthenium and palladium tarnish and scratch over time. To preserve the luster of your hardware coating, avoid excessive tension, excessive exposure to water and exposure to chemical products as these will quickly cause the coatings to discolor and possibly disintegrate.
To ensure your MEOMARI product ages gracefully while used on a daily basis, it is significant to follow the following care advice:
- Do not leave the hardware wet for long periods of time, use a clean lint-free cloth to dry it.
- If the hardware gets dirty, wipe it off with a damp cloth and dry it with a clean lint-free cloth afterwards.
- Do not use harsh chemical cleaners, soap, or cleaning products that contain alcohol, doing so may damage the coating.
- Avoid using wet wipes due to the possibility of them containing ingredients that may damage the coating of the hardware. If you mistakenly use wet wipes, do not allow it to air dry and clean it with a damp cloth immediately.
- When not in use, keep your product stored in a dry place.
