Order Information
For details on your 14 days right of return, please consult the Returns & Exchanges section of the website. This section contains details on your statutory rights of cancellation.
You have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund provided you notify us in writing as set out below. Please be informed that you can only exercise this right of cancellation no later than fourteen working days (i.e. excluding weekends and bank holidays) beginning with the day after you received your item(s).

Our system could occasionally cancel an order or parts of an order. Reasons for this cancellation could be:
• Item(s) not available
• Difficulty in processing your payment information
• Cannot ship to address provided
• Duplicate order was placed
If your order is cancelled by us, you will receive an email explaining the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items. If you are interested in alternative products, please contact us by email at boutique@meomari.com
Pre-ordering is the reservation of an item that is not yet available for sale, but will be soon. An estimated availability date is indicated on the product page for each pre-order item.
• For orders consisting both currently available and pre-order items the products will be dispatched on two different dates.
• For orders that contain pre-order items only but have different availability dates the products will be shipped together on the latest estimated availability date.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail as soon as your package has shipped.
If the item you want to order has sold out but contains the symbol coming soon, you can register your email address and we will let you know as soon as it becomes available. Please be informed that this process does not reserve the item.
Shipping & Returns
Meomari offers complementary standard shipping and returns on all orders, based on DDP (Delivery Duties Paid).
For an additional charge Meomari offers express shipping. Please see the details below.
Standard shipping service: Free of charge based on DDP (Delivery Duties Paid). Transit time is 7 business days.
Express shipping service: EUR39,95 based on DDP (Delivery Duties Paid). Transit time is 2 to 4 business days.
All returns, both standard and express service are free of charge.
All orders will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed in the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) will be shipped on Monday.

Meomari orders and returns are shipped with DHL and DHL Express.
Meomari offers complementary shipping and returns on all orders, based on DDP (Delivery Duties Paid).
Meomari cannot be held responsible for any action and/or costs and/or taxes and/or duties and/or delays due to customs. Customs controll and processing cannot be influenced by us nor any other party. In case customers outside the European Union fail to follow the specific return instructions the Taxes & Duties billed to Meomari will be deducted from the refund ammount. See our Returns & Exchanges section for the specific instructions.
Orders can be tracked using the tracking number provided by the courier, with the tracking tool of the courier. The tracking number is provided in the shipping confirmation email which is send once the order is on its way.
If you are a registered user, you can also find the status of your order and the tracking number under order status in your account.
Exchange: Meomari does not offer an exchange service. For exchanges the order would need to be returned and re-ordered from meomari.com. Please consult the return instructions below.
Meomari offers complementary returns for items ordered on meomari.com within 14 days of the delivery date, meeting our return conditions outlined below.
Return conditions:
• The items should be in the in the same condition as you received them, with all the tags and security seals untouched. The items should not show any sign of being worn, used, washed, damaged, wrinkled, or contain smelly odours.
• The following items are excluded from Meomari's exchange & return service: Food, drinks, customised items, clothing that had the hygienic seal removed where provided. This does not affect the customer's rights according to the law.
• The items must be returned in their original condition and in their original packaging. Boxes, dust bags and other packaging must be returned with the items.
Return instructions:
If you would like to return an item please complete the return form enclosed in your Meomari package and post the items using the prepaid shipping label. If you did not receive your prepaid shipping label please reach out to our customer service team at boutique@meomari.com. Please be informed that Meomari is not liable for returns shipped through alternative carriers.
Received a faulty article?
If you think there is a defect with your Meomari item, please let us know straight away by emailing us at boutique@meomari.com explaining what is wrong and attaching photos to your email. If your preferred contact method is by phone, please state the phone number where you wish to be contacted. Please note that we must be notified within 14 days if any items received are defective or damaged.
Returns processing:
Meomari returns are processed within 7 business days after receipt. Once your return is received in our distribution centre you will receive a confirmation from us by email. Please make sure to check your spam folder as well.
• Return: If your returned item(s) complies with our returns & exchanges conditions we will refund the purchase price (excluding the shipping costs) of the item(s) within 7 business days. The money will be refunded to the original payment method. That means that If you have paid by credit card you will receive the refund in your credit card account. The refund processing time depends on your bank.
Important additional information:
Please note that Meomari is not liable for returns & exchanges that are not send using Meomari's prepaid shipment label.
In case of returns from outside Europe Meomari cannot take the responsibility for the refund of the import duties. If we need to pay for the import duties in order to receive your return we will deduct them from your refund. Please consult the returns section on how to correctly return orders from outside the European Union.
Meomari B.V. reserves the right not to accept returns that have not been communicated or shipped within the returns time limit or, if items are returned that are not in the same condition in which they were delivered (see exchange & return conditions).
